Assembly Instructions for The Rib-O-Lator™

ROL
Rib-o-Lator

START HERE...

The Rib-O-Lator™ fits medium and large gas grills (most small grills do not have enough clearance). BEFORE assembling the Rib-O-Lator check to see that there is clearance for it to rotate freely without hitting anything.

Here's How: Install your empty rotisserie rod on your grill. Measure from the burner cover to the center of rod as shown. You need 5¾ inches of clearance. If it's close, and you need just a little more room, you can take the covers off your burners to give you the extra room you need. Now assemble the Rib-O-Lator™, and install on your grill (with heat off) and turn rotisserie motor on - rotate the unit a couple revolutions to visually double check that it isn't hitting anywhere and rotates freely.

Step 1

Put both brackets on your rotisserie rod with pins facing IN toward each other as shown. Space brackets apart about
the length of the tray - approx 18". Now tighten thumbscrew on only ONE bracket, leaving the other loose.

Use pliers to tighten securely (do the same on Step 4.)

Step 2

With trays resting on flat surface, insert the bracket pins into trays as shown.

Important! For proper bracket alignment entire assembly process should always be done while resting on a flat, even surface as shown.

Step 3

Now insert the two top trays.

Step 4

Adjust loose bracket as needed -- move it closer or further away until edges of trays are more than halfway on the pin as shown.

It needs to be loose enough to rotate freely, yet so tray cannot be removed during operation. Now tighten last thumbscrew tightly with pliers and install in your gas grill.
